Mrs. Lucia Lamour

It is with profound sadness that the Lamour family and the Lucia Lamour Foundation announce the passing of their beloved Mrs. Lucia Lamour, Doyenne of the Lucia Lamour Foundation, on September 22, 2026.
A mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend, Mrs. Lucia Lamour was, above all, a woman with a loving and compassionate heart who cared deeply for others. Generous and attentive to the needs of those around her, she held a special place in her heart for children and their education. Throughout her life, she helped several children attend school, giving them hope for a brighter future.
Her love for others, spirit of sharing, generosity, and dedication to service are a precious legacy that will continue to live on through her family, the Lucia Lamour Foundation, and all those whose lives she touched.

SHE LEAVES TO CHERISH HER MEMORY
Her six children:
Vayola Lagredelle Jean, Alta Lamour Pierre-Louis, Lynda Lamour Pierrot, Josée Lamour Barrau, Réal Lamour, and Jean Rodney Lamour.
Her sons-in-law and daughter-in-law:
Alix Pierre-Louis, Peguy Pierrot, Carmel Jean-Philippe Barrau, Jusline Toussaint and Mirlande Etienne.
Her three bonus children:
Juslène Lamour, Marie Marguy Lamour, and Leopold Lamour.
Her 19 grandchildren:
Gérard Valéry Jean, Myriam Sherley Jean, Tamara Jean, Tassiana Larochelle, Engy Lamour, Marsha Lucia Moise, Dimitri Pascal Jean, Richard Jean Gray, Carmel Barrau, Darryl Pierrot, Kenny Emmanuel Jean, Sidney Barrau, Dylan Thimothé, Marlon Pierre-Louis, Malik Pierrot, Rhaly Lamour, Stephen Thimothé, Arlynne Lamour, and Jaydan Thimothé.
The spouses of her grandchildren:
Keisha Lamour, Paul-Henry Moise, Loren Easterwood Jean, Elizabeth Tomlinson Gray,  Frances Barrau and Grace Richards Barrau.
Her 11 great-grandchildren:
Kayla Ashley Thomas, Taryn Angelina Murray, Penelope Moise, Priya Moise, Willow Frances Jean, Cairo Jean Gray, Priscilla Moise, Ariyah Jean Gray, Mason Pierrot, Harlow Lucia Jean, and Madeline Barrau.

HER BROTHERS AND SISTERS
Mrs. Lucia Lamour has gone to join her brothers and sister who preceded her in death: Maurice Thimothé, Jules Thimothé, and Marie Edith Thimothé Dubreuil.
She leaves to mourn her brothers and sisters: Madeleine Thimothé, Gabriel Thimothé, Rollin Thimothé, Jeanne Rose Thimothé, Anne-Marie Thimothé Robert, and Marie Michelle Thimothé Auguste, as well as their spouses Lydia Coby Thimothé, Raoul Robert, and Wilner Auguste.
She also leaves behind many nephews, nieces, cousins, relatives, friends, and loved ones.
The families especially touched by this loss include the Brouard, Thimothé, Lamour, Lagredelle, Pierre-Louis, Pierrot, Dubreuil, Barrau, Robert, Auguste, Coby, Prophète, Toussaint, Easterwood, Tomlinson, Gray, Sévère, Lafosse, Sutton, and Dubois families.
Also joining the family in mourning and paying tribute to her memory are: École Immaculée Conception, École Saint Dominique Savio, the athletes of the Lucia Lamour Foundation, the community of Trou Du Nord, the community of Cachiman and the Constructeurs de rêves of the Lucia Lamour Foundation.
